9 days before the masterclass starts, you will receive an online seminar on the vertebral column
(cervical & thoracalumbar). The seminar will be +6 hours and should be watched in your own time prior to
the course starts to get the most benefit out of the course.
The Masterclass 2 will build on the foundations by deepening the work and your understanding of biomechanics layer by layer. More training pillars will be used and more advanced exercises will be explained.
